Giant Wooden Button - Choice of Six Designs

These beautiful wooden statement buttons are the perfect finishing touch for a special handmade garment.

They been designed and made especially for us by Luis in Chilean Patagonia.
Luis seeks inspiration for his button designs from indigenous Mapuche culture, and from the stunning mountain environment of this remote corner of southern Chile. Wherever possible, he prefers to recycle native timbers.

Dimensions:

• circular buttons: 62mm diameter x 7mm deep // 2.4" diameter x 1/4" deep
• leaf button: 61mm x 64mm (maximum) x 7mm deep //2.4" x 2.5" max x 1/4" deep

These buttons have been carved from mañío wood (podocarpus nubigenus)
